Commission.
We want driven salespeople and offer a market leading commission structure. If you join and match our best performers, you can expect to earn a very attractive salary.
Here are some real examples:

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – By end of month 6 had grown salary to $112,000 and is still growing.

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Started with us as a trainee now promoted to senior. Year one earnings $105,312, at Month 20 they are on track for year two to be $206,000.
Flexibility and we mean it.
Our employment contracts pay you for 38 hours, but we only require you to come to work for 34.
We allow start times between 7am and 9am, take an hour for lunch and finish 8 hours after you start.
Add to this a work from home policy (once you have finished your training), a 4pm close on a Friday regardless of start time. ETA is really a great place to work.
